Peta Khan

Peta is an XR director and creative producer passionate about developing new artistic work in collaboration with artists and communities that challenges stereotypes and shifts perceptions. Peta is the co-founder of Maitree House and has more than 15 years experience producing multimedia works and overseeing teams of artists and technologists to create authentic and original outcomes.

 

Peta’s recent immersive projects include Cloudlines (2022) supported by the Australia Council for the Arts as a multi artform, networked VR performances work co created by Australian and Malaysian artists during the pandemic and Biotic X (2021) a VR performance exploring individualism, rewilding and climate change migration.
